Coordinators play a vital role in ensuring efficient inventory management. They transport PPE & Tool inventory from the warehouse (headquarters) to their designated vehicles or Connex Boxes, known as “rolling annexes”, which act as mobile storage units. The system tracks every transfer to and from the rolling annex, providing real-time visibility into inventory levels at all locations. This ensures accountability and seamless field distribution, so every item is where it needs to be, when it’s needed.
Coordinators are the ones who are responsible for the Inventories delivered (rolling annex) and to Field Personnel and submit reports to the purchaser.
