PPETrackerApp collects information that is necessary to provide the services offered by the application. This information includes personal information provided by users, such as name, address, email, phone number, job title, and organization name.
PPETrackerApp uses personal information for the purpose of providing the services offered by the application. This may include communicating with users, providing technical support, and improving the user experience.

Data Access and Deletion
Users may request access to their personal information or request that their personal information be deleted from PPETrackerApp’s records. PPETrackerApp will comply with such requests to the extent required by law.
In the event of a data breach, PPETrackerApp will notify affected users without undue delay and will take all necessary measures to mitigate the effects of the breach.
The User acknowledges that any data breach involving the PPETrackerApp software or any data transmitted through the Service is unintentional and may be beyond the control of PPETrackerApp. The User agrees to hold PPETrackerApp harmless from any damages or losses arising from a data breach, and to attempt to reconcile any such breach through good faith negotiations. If the parties are unable to reconcile the breach through negotiations, the User agrees to submit the dispute to binding arbitration or mediation in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration or mediation shall be conducted in Lucas County and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. The parties agree not to pursue any recourse by lawsuit except to seek injunctive relief to prevent irreparable harm, which shall be sought in the state and federal courts located in Lucas County.
Data Privacy Laws
PPETrackerApp complies with all applicable data privacy laws and regulations, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
PPETrackerApp does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If PPETrackerApp becomes aware that personal information has been collected from a child under the age of 13, PPETrackerApp will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible.
